General Return Policy

Goods once sold from the website cannot be returned at any given point in time.

 

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged item, the wrong product, or if units are missing in your order, please follow these steps:

  • Take a snapshot of the outer packaging and the products received.
  • Send the snapshot to our customer care team at marketing@aloweda.com within 14 days of receiving the product.
  • We will arrange a reverse pickup for the product and either issue a full refund or send a replacement item, based on your preference.

  • Please note that replacements are subject to the availability of the particular product.

 

Returning an Item

To return an item, please contact us to initiate the return process. Here’s how it works:

  • You will receive a call explaining the return process once you have initiated a return.

  • Wherever possible, we will facilitate the pickup of the item.

  • If we cannot arrange the pickup, you can return the item through Speed Post courier service and share the tracking details with us. We will reimburse the courier costs.

 

Refund Modes

Upon confirming the cancellation of item(s) in your order, you can choose your refund preference from the following modes:

  • Back to Source: The money will be refunded back to the original payment mode/account used for the transaction.

  • Once you have requested the cancellation of item(s) in your order, Aloweda will complete the cancellation and initiate the refund, based on your selected preference.
